Program Timeline

After signing your program agreement, we’ll schedule your kickoff call to create a tailored Plan of Attack (POA) for your upcoming content production. Your first content shoot will follow soon after, and your initial assets will be delivered within

7 business days via Google Drive.

Service Delivery

The “180 Day Social Starter, Pro, or Scaler Program” includes content creation and social media management services for a fixed 180-day period. This program is not a month-to-month service — it’s a structured, deliverable-driven package that begins on the date of your first processed payment.

Once the program ends, your service automatically converts into a flexible month-to-month plan, which can be canceled anytime with a 30-day written notice.

Payments & Refunds

You may choose to pay the full program upfront (with a 10% discount) or split it into six automated monthly payments over the 180-day period. Regardless of the payment structure selected, the full balance is due, even if you choose not to continue to the end of the program.

Due to the custom nature of our service work, all content created is considered intellectual property that cannot be returned. For this reason, all sales are final and non-refundable once work has begun.

If you request cancellation before services start, we will issue a full refund within 3 business days.

Payment Processing Fee

A 3% credit card processing fee is added to each invoice to cover transaction costs charged by Stripe®.
